A little bit about myself:

I am young and well-rounded. I have a great formal education, as well as street smarts that you can't learn in any school. I think these qualities would make me a great travel partner. I have my passport, but have not traveled outside of N. America yet. I am well mannered and am also conversational in 5 languages. (English, Spanish, French, Swahili, & a little Italian)

I love adventure and learning about history. I feel it is a privilege for another culture to allow you to learn about them. So many Americans are afraid of what they don't know or understand. I pride myself on embracing the possibilities and welcoming opportunities to be closer and more in tune with the world around me.
After all, I am not just a citizen of my country, but a citizen of my planet and would like to see all the beauty of it if I am fortunate enough.
Travel also gives me an opportunity to share my culture and knowledge with others as well as leave a positive imprint on each place I touch.
I am forever optimistic and grateful to embrace other cultures and histories, because deep down, each of these is somehow linked to me as a human being.
I have been a gourmet chef for 15 years, and am familiar with foods from all over the world.
It would be a dream come true to have ceviche from a street vendor in Lima; or an authentic Cantonese dish in the Chinese provinces. This is the essence of life and passion for me.

I have worked so hard for so long, and I don't want to miss out on the joy of life anymore. I have recently left the old routine of restaurant Pastry Chef to explore my options as an entrepreneur and see what mark I can make on my world as an individual.

Therefore, my schedule is quite flexible and I am now able to travel on relatively short notice.

I am also open to many activities and I love water sports. Hiking, nature, and archaeology are some hobbies that I would further like the chance to develop as well. I have a wide range of interests, from opera to astronomy; and I never want to stop learning.

Hopefully this will be another avenue for me to grow and learn more about myself and the world I am so grateful to be a part of.

Why I want to travel:

I am not seeking just one kind of travel partner. I am diverse and so is my taste, so naturally I don't have one cookie-cutter idea of the perfect travel companion.

I am adventurous and very outgoing, but also very classy and refined when the situation calls for it. I am dynamic, and my partner should be as well.

I would like to begin my travels in Europe, as Paris has always been a dream of mine (cliche, but true.)
I also have a huge family in Italy that I have never met, so to have an opportunity explore that side of my heritage would be absolutely life- changing.
There is really no place in the world that I wouldn't want to travel to (unless, of course, it wasn't safe) as I feel I could only be a better person for the experience and privilege.
So what are we waiting for? I can be ready anytime…
