A little bit about myself:
I could be summed up as being warm-hearted and open-minded. I am a genuine, loving individual who highly values making authentic connections. I've been living in Vancouver for the past 10 years, and grew up in Saskatchewan. I'm often told that I am very grounded and down-to-earth.
For the past few years, I've been studying tribal fusion bellydance, and I've been completely drawn into this beautiful and mysterious world! More recently, this same artistic path seems to be leading me towards other creative endeavors, and I've been pursuing these things in my spare time.
Health and wellness are also very important to me, and I have a part-time private practice as a holistic nutritionist. I walk or ride my bike whenever possible, and practice yoga on a regular basis. These are some of the things that help me stay balanced, despite a sometimes chaotic schedule!
I love exploring (literally and metaphorically). While I am definitely social, fun, and friendly, I also consider myself to be somewhat of an introvert. If you are looking for arm candy to party with night after night, I wish you the best of luck on your search....and I am probably not the right girl for you. :)

Why I want to travel:
Certainly, I would love to do more travelling than my current budget permits. If I happen to meet someone special along the way, that's wonderful too!
Ideally, I would love to travel with someone whom I can actually connect with, who has an interest in the local cultures of the places he travels to, and generally likes to laugh and have fun. In terms of where I would like to travel....well, the sky is the limit, no?
