A little bit about myself:
I am a GAD student with The Art Institute of Pittsburgh — Online division, working for my Bachelors Of Sciences in the Media Arts. Life's been pretty chaotic, but at least it's not boring.
I love to travel. Well, duh. Kinda obvious. I've been able to make it to France and Norway on my own, but I won't be doing some traveling for a really long time at this point without a little friendly help from those who wanna lend a hand. My main goal in life is to eventually travel the world. I'd also like to make my PERMANENT residency somewhere outside the US. I've always known since I was about 12 years old that I didn't want to live my whole life in America.
I believe everyone should travel. It's a very humbling experience and it really opens ones' eyes to the truths of the world and it's beauty as well. And it's really interesting to see all the different kinds of people and hear all sorts of stories. My time in Norway is THE best experience of my life thus far… I don't want it to be the last.
Outside of that, I just fill my days with yard work and online classes at this point. Not much to my life right now. I just take one day as it comes and that's pretty much it.
Though I feel the need to mention, I am a BLUNT person, I keep things real and honest. And I expect the same from those I associate with. Honesty is the best kindness a person could ever give anyone, and no matter how «painful» that truth might be, I'd rather have the painful truth than a lie that will be three times as painful when it's found out. That and I just like hearing peoples' opinions and constructive criticism. ^_^
Why I want to travel:
A friend, companion, if more happens, then WOOHOO!!! But I don't expect much from the beginning. Best to just take things as they come and as long as there's no expectations, there's a lot of room for happiness. Well, that's just what I've come to experience for myself. Not to say that I'm thoughtless, but taking things in stride works a lot better than stressing over details.
Nothing in life is perfect and I never want it to be. It makes things interesting.
As long as someone is friendly, honest, and considerate, I have no problems otherwise. Someone healthy that likes to get out and have fun would be a bonus. I hope I'm not asking for much. I'm just really laid back. I guess I have a bit of a «hippie» approach to things, so one of my friends like to say.
