A little bit about myself:
Hello,
My name is Rebecca, I am a 23yrs old just graduated student origionally from Brazil, therefore my mum is Portuguese so I have dual citizenship.
My Forensic Science degree has been an incredibly fulfilling experience and I want to pursue a career in the field. I would be very interested in becoming a Scene of Crime Officer long term. To keep abreast with the latest developments I am a member of the Forensic Science Society, The Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Biology. I am also up to date with the latest law statutes and read around the law. Criminalistics has become a fascination for me and I would like to be called as an expert witness as part of my job.
I was fascinated by science at a young age. I attended school initially in Brazil but equipment, chemicals and apparatus were unavailable as they were considered too costly by the government. Therefore no experiments were conducted and classes were theory based. At aged twelve, I moved to London and attended a school that gave me my first exposure to an experiment (acid and base titration). The process was amazing and only increased my desire to learn more. During my GNVQ course I first came across Forensic Science and was immediately enthused with the idea of applying science to the law. This prompted me to do a degree in the subject.
My biggest passion is travelling, I tend to travel as often as I can.
I am a kind hearted young girl, with a fun and spontaneous personallity, I am very intellectual and well educated, therefore since I am young, I consider partying every now and then something normal.
I love reading, going to the movies and theatre, sunny days amazes me the most as I can enjoy bike riding in the park. I love spending time with friends and family, and I am keen to learn something new every day.
I think I would be a loveable company since I have so many good qualities…
Why I want to travel:
I would love to meet someone that will enjoy my company during short or long terms holidays.
I have travelled many times before, but the world is so big and there are soooo much more to see.
