A little bit about myself:
I'm a biochemistry student who loves to travel. I often travel by backpacking and "à l'arrache" as they say in french, not primarily to save money but because I find it more interesting and often fun and more social.

Why I want to travel:
I joined because I was curious.
I've been on dating websites and on travel forums, so I guess this is the next step? (I'm being ironic...)
The list of popular destinations sounds quite boring and uninspiring. Australia is grouped with Africa ?!
I can see myself trying this out in the future to see what it's about, so I've filled in the profile and I'm keeping it online.
I'm always looking for travel partners, gender irrelevant. I've used Thorn Tree forums and CS with varying degrees of success, so might try this for a next trip.
