A little bit about myself:

I love to travel, live music, theater, dancing, skiing, road trips, Football & Hockey. Mexico in the spring and Breckenridge in the fall, Las Vegas for shows (I am not a gambler). I love the beach, Mexico, The Caribbean and Snorkeling, Meeting new people and getting them to laugh. Finding what brings both the fire and the tears from their hearts. I enjoy playing music quite a bit. If you go out or stay home, make it special! Winter time there's always lots of skiing, usually at Breckinridge (nice town for shopping and nightlife). Summertime is made for road trips, put the top down, warm evenings walking on the beach and talking under the stars.

I believe my friends would say: He loves seeing new things, going new places, being with people and making friends. He tends to find the humor in most situations. In my free time I listen to a lot of music, local as well as Denver. I enjoy playing music myself and like to go dancing a couple of times a month (but more than 2 drinks and I get a headache so no worries there).

I love taking the time to know someone and then possibly finding romance. Any intimacy without it is just not what I'm looking for. With that in mind I believe greatly in the importance of three almost lost arts;
1.) Attentive conversation; Really listening to understand a person, not just waiting for your turn to talk, evidenced by insightful questions.
2.) Good kissing; Never rushed too soon. But from the «right moment only» quick peck on that shoulder/neck during a slow dance to the passionate under the stars «no one else exists in the world right now» barn burner.
3.) I enjoy treating a woman like a lady, opening doors, waiting for them to be seated first. I like frequent (but appropriate) public signs of affection. You know holding hands, hugs, light touching of arms or back. Total attention to the person you're on a date with.

I love people watching, seeing the «parade» and taking my turn being part of it. People's lives interest me (and making up fake dialogue for them cracks me up). It's hard for men to know for themselves, but most ladys say I'm attractive and I enjoy the effort to stay fit and active, I like to go out and dress for the occasion. I also enjoy quiet evenings at home watching movies after barbequing and just being close. I am a writer (as you've noticed) and love a good story well told. Good conversation is a must! I believe one key to appreciating women is truly being interested and finding out what moves them on the inside. What makes them laugh, what they find beauty in, what they are in awe of, what makes them feel fulfilled. Every man should enjoy making a woman comfortable and feel good about herself.

My father & mother’s parents came here from Italy. So I have a heart that seeks romance and a soul that loves music and writing (you'll see). I truly sense and believe there's less road in front this car than behind and so it's important to make the time we're given, count.

Now is not the time to settle or to define yourself by the baggage or pain you once carried, but by the things that build a fire in your heart today. Sure there have been sad times, but on the whole I've enjoyed my life immensely, being a happy, grateful, curious person. I've noticed bitter people are rarely grateful and grateful people are rarely bitter, so I believe each person is ultimately responsible for their own happiness. This life is precious and short, it becomes the happiest when you are making someone else happy.

Every day I am grateful for what I have and how blessed I am. I am thankful for everyone in my life that brings me warmth and love. I know that this is only temporary so I will do my best to live it to its fullest. I love my children with all my heart and enjoy spending time with friends. I am adventurous, optimistic, positive, hardworking, honest, loyal and a good friend. Charity, Grace and Understanding will become the cornerstone of my next chapter. I would love to spend the rest of my life with a partner that would love to do the same.
