A little bit about myself:
I'm fun loving and always up for an adventure :) I love meeting new people and having new experiences. I love to dress up and go out but am also up for getting in my hiking boots and trekking through the wilderness. I've travelled to nearly 40 countries now on a very low budget — I've learnt to sleep almost anywhere (you probably won't believe some of my travel stories!), but I think I'm ready to see how the other half travel :D And if you like I can show you how I travel, too — sleeping on the beach to save money, and couchsurfing :)
I'm a genuine and down to earth person, I love to have a laugh, have some fun and do something silly or crazy. I'm a bit of a perpetual student (one degree in maths, stats and physics, and 3 years into chemical engineering degree...) and I have quite broad and varied interests (from geography to philosophy, history, literature, gymnastics, wildlife, nature, languages, food and cooking, just to name a few!) — I'm sure we'll find something in common :)
I love interesting conversations, I love experiencing different cultures and I love trying out all the different foods on offer all over the world!
I'm not a princess — I don't take my hairdryer with me when I go travelling — I would prefer to dispense of the hair than carry anything extra around with me (I make a point of being a very light traveller because I don't like carting a heavy backpack around). That said, I don't look like a slob :p I require approximately no effort to look presentable, and if I do put in a little effort I can usually put in a bid for most stunning girl in the room, regardless of the room ;) I realise this is a pretty big claim, but if you don't believe me then let me show you :) If you'd like some more representative photos of me just ask ;) I didn't want to put up any that could be too easily recognised…
Why I want to travel:
One of my aims in life is to travel to every country in the world if I can :) I've already travelled to Europe (mostly Eastern and Mediterranean), some of the middle east, to Zanzibar and a little of south east Asia, so there's much, much more out there for me to see and I don't mind seeing places multiple times.
I'm an easy going traveller — I love to plan and research my trip, but I've found it never goes according to plan and that's when you have the best adventures :)
I've never been spoiled in my life, but I'm up for it if you are! ;)
I'm seeking a fun, easy going guy to travel with and have a mutually beneficial arrangement :) Someone who also wants to see the world, or someone who goes on business trips and would like company. But I'm open to suggestion…
